Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. If you receive a defective item, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery. Upon confirmation of the defect, we will send you a replacement.
To qualify for a replacement, the merchandise tags must remain attached, and the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Items that appear tampered with will be returned to you without an exchange or store credit. Please note that we only offer exchanges or store credit for defective items.
